How to Balance Specific Exercises for Training
With training and writing programs, you try to pick the exercises that are going to be the biggest return. It doesn't mean they're going to give them a specific return. The exercise has to mimic the actual confidence exercise at least in some capacity. A snatch with no hook and no feet is extremely close to a snatch. So you have to mimic the exercise and then it has to be sufficiently capable of loading.
