How Much Carbohydrate Should You Eat Per Hour?
The recommendations are more in that 30 to 60 grams of carbohydrate per hour for anything that's going to be over two hours. For the maybe more high performing athlete, uh, very well experienced and trained, we can really push those limits more with greater than 70 grams per hour. But, I mean, Dirk, I find in the majority of the recreational amateur still competitive though athletes, it's a little much.
