What's the Difference Between Understanding and Reflection?

understanding on itself is an extremely complex word, and i think it's misused and misinterpreted in social media sharing. If you reflect with shallow understanding, you are less likely to get a deep result or deep response because you haven't gone to that levellike relating back to the fiman technique. Most fruitful reflection is done over a long period of time with lots of gaps and changes and things. And without going into understanding s, i would imagine that woul just be a long conversation. Which is why i think reflection over time allows for deeper understanding and therefore can give a deeper response.
