Exercise is essentially to slightly embarrass the body so that it adapts. All sorts of guidelines say shoot for 150 minutes a week or 75 minutes of moderate to vigorous a week. For the vast majority of people listening, you should not worry about excessive exercise. You can get over training syndrome, which we'll talk about at some point in time.
