Common Causes of Bloating in Your Practice

The most common cause of bloating I see in my practice is people who are completely full of stool. It's not a food intolerance, it's an imbalance of fiber in and fiber out. If your colon is five to six feet long, you're going to be bloated from the time you wake up in the morning mildly. And so it's not always stool burden, but that's one of the most common culprits.
