nutrition is something that can be used as a tool, and it might be that missing key for even the alete athletes who are doing everything right. If they tweak their nutrition nd their nutrient timing just tht one %, maybe that's enough to kind of push them over that edge. Where do you stand on supplements? And and where do you feel there's real opportunity? So i like food first. And supplements are exactly as their name entails, supplemental. That is, that's typically my approach. And i do honestly like supplements.
