How Does Fermentation Affect Coffee?
In a typical eight hour day, we spent four hours just cleaning and sanitizing. Because the fermentation literally makes or breaks his wine. In coffee, even though there is a fermentation that is part of the processing, it'sno necessary. You can completely skip the fermentation and you can still have coffee seeds turned into green beans turned into roasted coffee. So for cala, it's much more blote, it's low cost and a lot more excess bll. Whereas for tod is much more hyhtec and definitely much more high in for structure.
