An ideal situation for nights is you have nocturnists who like working night shifts. You want to move forward progressively with the time that you're starting your shifts. Knowing people's sleep phase types or are they early versus delayed sleep phase? Can they fall asleep easily in the morning versus it takes them a while after night shift to go to bed? That can inform, are they going to aim for up for a while afterwards, keeping light stimulation low and then sleeping later in the day before their shift.
