And of course you have so much experience talking about this partly because you wrote a whole book related to burnout. Do you mind sharing a bit about that? Oh, sure. Yeah. The book is written from a Judeo-Christian perspective but any reader who identifies as having a spiritual frame of reference or a theistic view would find it to be applicable or useful.
