How to Build Trust in Your Sales Person
People who are similar to us will naturally receive more trust. Research shows that dancing in tandom with someone can dramatically increase how much they like you. Negotiators coached to do the same with their opponents got significantly better final outcomes. Salespeople who mimicked the language styles and non verbal behaviors, like gestures and postures, of their customers sold more of the electronic equipment they recommended.
