BBC Good Food is doing a campaign to save Sunday lunch in Denmark. We have it on Saturday and we do the traditional open sandwiches that we cook the smera pork. This dish, is this a family recipe? No, this is also a traditional, you could say, national dish. It's cooked all over Denmark. And then every day you would put the fresh cucumber in just before eating.
