This week's Koopcast is all about how we as coaches practically implement heat interventions for our athletes. We know that a lot of you out there are training for hot weather races such as Western States, Wasatch, Badwater or in my case, the Cocodona 250. I think that heat acclimation training is one of the best low-cost, low-effort, highest rate of return interventions that you can use for a hot weather race. And I hope you seriously consider it for any races that you have coming up this summer.
