There are so many different mental processes proven processes out there that can help people. A herdresser can actually do you in a little chat with someone or a personal trainer or anybody can help somebody else with a proven process to help them essentially shift right? There's so much there in what you said to me and it goes back to kind of where you concluded in a way for me which is that the therapeutic alliance has been known, Sean says.
