Burn Out

There are several forces that join together to become this overpowering wave. It wasn't until the industrial age when we started getting paid based on time rather than task, accomplished this word burn out. The world health organization already said that we were headed for an epidemic of burn out before the pandemic. I actually think the younger generations are beginning to take up this battle, which makes me very happy.
