I think it is of a similar level of fundamentalness to maybe not quite focusing but Alexander technique. The basic idea is that so it's called view which stands for vulnerability impartiality empathy and wonder. Each of these four concepts are yeah wonder also has come up in this conversation when I said like that grabby trying to know. They define wonder as basically curiosity without the grabinessso some kinds of curiosity can be oh I need to know and if I don't know then I'm not okay Whereas wonder is this sort of open like ha like what is that okay there's a sort of sense of awe and a kind of like just following whatever is interesting, right?
