How to Grow Muscle Stronger in Tri Athletes
There are three different ways that we can make you to grow muscle stronger. Mechanical tension, muscle damage and metabolic stress all work in the same way. Muscular hypertrophy is about growing muscles bigger but not necessarily by going too hard. The last one is going to be a little bit of an exercise guide for triathletes. We'll go through some common exercises as well as how they're done.
