i don't think there's much thought about engaging the glots when you're sprinting or running a hill. And i can always tell, and i know wat's lifting. So i'd be curious with you is, people who did maybe more like a body weight sport, and then they start lifting weights heavy,  they're like, like, i just can't find that same facal movement.
