I'm not convinced that the spike is actually the big deal, I think it's more of a chronic problem. To make an AGE you take some sort of a sugar molecule be it glucose fructose galactose whatever. And interestingly enough to this so people know everyone makes glucose out to be the bad guy here. Fruit is actually seven to 10 times more like, oscillating than glucose. So if you are couch potato and you eat this stuff, you're going to have more age is than a non couch potato. That makes sense, but you can still cheat the system and get rid of them right.
