Sleep Is Not Good for Muscle Growth

Almost every really strong guy or bodybuilder I knew was slept terribly. You guys are probably tracking their sleep. Do you have them pay attention to their resting heart rate and any of that kind of stuff? Resting heart rate sometimes. But not that much, but you're going to say sleep. Not sleeping is not good. It increases your risk of a heart attack. Most people setting a world record split terribly the night before. And then like most bodybuilders sleep terribly, they all sleep apnea. So I think it's hard to argue that you're not going to build muscle if you don't sleep good.
