David Perry: I already knew I was hypermobile, but it felt good to have a doctor validate that for me. What yoga had done for me is it overstretched every joint of my body in a body that was already prone to being super flexy. And the long held isometrics, pass-up holds isometrically, they weren't doing me any favors. He says we should have walked behind BKSA anger and walked behind Dharma Mitra and watched their gate.
