Are You Protecting People From Failure?
The term psychological safety is used in a lot looser and different way to mean, in general, how protecting people from failure? Ye, protectid from failure. Or am, you know, people at work don't like me, i don't feel psychologic safe. I'm not psychologically safe. So looking at a lgical safety, for sure, if you have folks that are connecting over, sharing ideas, disagreeing, but knowing it safe to disagree,. Because people counter and meet those differing perspectives with openness to those other perspectives. And that creates a culture in which people feel psychologically safe to contribute ideas that might be unpopular or contrary to the prevailing opinion.
