Kazaks: Threat to central bank independence

ECB Governing Council member Martins Kazaks warned that the pressure on Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell could lead to an increase in inflation expectations. The Latvian central banker also said he supports the issuance of joint debt for defense spending in Europe. He spoke to Stephen Carroll and Caroline Hepker on Bloomberg Daybreak Europe.
