When I get in these places, and I typically pick one or two exercises that I'm going to start back into doing. And so instead of again, looking at this huge workout that I have to plan and be consistent with, it's like, hey, I know when I consistently do my 90 90s, I feel so much better. It's amazing what kind of feedback that gives your body in terms of like how you feel,. You feel good, which then, you know, that's another bit of motivation you could feed off of.
