Is Intermittent Fasting a Loss of Weight?
I don't see anything credible published in the literature about intermittent fasting or time restrictive feeding it gets anywhere near that degree of weight loss for the average person. So you have to wonder, at some point does even short term fasting multiplied many times,. At some point does it mimic that chronic caloric restriction that will then reduce resting metabolic rate and make maintaining wait laws even harder.
