When we look at plant protein maybe as a group, within that, there's a lot of of difference. So i think one of the truisms is woned, particularly when i talk to people who who're vegan, ah, is you do have to be a little bit more judicious about how you plan your protein. Most vegans then tell me, i find it easy. And most people i talk to were, you know, they're dialed in. They could probably tell me the print content of lucine of something,. But there are odd circumstances where, like, corn protein, for reasons we don't fully understand, it's very high and lucing.
