Do Weight Training Improve Cardiovascular Health?

For strictly just cardiovascular health or adults, it's 60 minutes to 75 minutes of cardiovascular full activity per week. That doesn't just automatically mean jump to 10,000 steps a day. If you're at 5000 steps, let's see if we can do a couple weeks at seven. And for some people, motivation wise, it's just more fun to do those higher intensity things that are broken up instead of walking. It's not magic, but it's still a good way to add it in.
