Apple Cider Vinegar and Weight Loss

Some studies should have shown that vinegar may help with weight loss. Don't know how the effects are minimal and more research is needed. People who use vinegar as part of a weight loss protocol seems to be, seems to be a thing at the minute. But I think a lot of, a lot of vinegar intake causes gut problems and causes stomach ulcers. There's other benefits that are not just fat loss. Just consuming apple cider vinegar, you don't expect the scales to move anywhere. That needs to be a very small part of a much more, you know, well focused approach to weight loss.
