When you're on t v, i would assume that you're more likely to try to make decisions that other people can't criticise. But i also think that exists within organizations, right? Like were often the the t v becomes the organization. Overly relying on the outcome in order to derive the decision quality is an innovation killer. So we can see this actually with, i didn't get into this issue of innovation very much in this particular book but, ah, you know, corse, you only have so much space.
I have wanted to do this interview for a long time. On this episode, I am thrilled to have Annie Duke, former professional poker player and author of the new book, Thinking in Bets: Making Smarter Decisions When You Don't Have All the Facts.
