I need to get more inspired by you and exercise more especially more in the mornings before we are teaching a workshop like you do. You're a good example for me and I need to follow it. Certainly yoga is a fantastic way to get in touch with the body. And there are different forms of meditative practices that are body-based. All of these things can be really key to developing an ongoing connection with your body or even being able to see when you're not connected to your body.
