The ODI approach is broken into five steps. The first step is to define a market, but not as a technology or product and so on. We're going to find the market as the group of people trying to get a job done. So it could be consumers who are trying to prepare beverage for consumption. Those very specific metrics that you can use to make sure you're getting that water the job done perfectly.
