The Role of Performance in Endurance Running
I don't think there is any technique for endurance running that everyone should adhere to. I've used it in a kind of gateway training on myself way of just going, what would my body want to do. And then an end of one study me getting back, getting back to running after ACL surgeries and it worked. So yeah, there are lots of various variations should I say some have good theories and have bad theory but by and large I think going down a one size fits all is not the approach to take with endurance winning.
