I think i've got a real connection between a how i feel about something and the effect it has on my body. I mean, maybe maybe i'm better at listening to my body, but i think my body is actually kind of bossy and am, so it makes me listen to it. It used to be hard to stay close to family, until facebook portal. We went from rarely video chatting to seeing each other almost every day. Portal has cool features like smart camera that keeps up with the kids, so they don't have to sit still - which is its own challenge. Plus, the new portal go is portable, so we can take it to the playroom or the kitchen
Discernment is at the core of what it means to be an Essentialist.
