The U.S. has a housing shortage in almost all the places that people want to, letly live. We need to figure out how to solve both the shortage of housing and labor shortages. People are willing to take zoomcalls with you if it means they can work from home. I think there is some, there's some ability for that to happen. But i don't believe we're going to shift to this totally remote culture in mass....
