I think after probably seven to nine years, somewhere around that range of really intelligent training, you've probably maxed out most of what you're going to get naturally. People are still going to the gym thinking they're going to walk out looking like the rock when they've been a hundred, you know, 75 pounds for the last five years. It's more than doing more of the big compounds. And I mean, progressive overload is still a part, but there is a lot of other moving pieces that you can kind of get in place to maximize greater muscle growth.
