ADHD has been a huge part of my journey where I've known. There's an energy that people feel when I work with them as a therapist or a coach, which I kind of is a, there's like a flow, I guess. So being diagnosed in the 90s is possibly one of the hardest times to be diagnosed because of the lack of research and the lack of understanding. And whilst it did help me get some incredible support, like he had some of the most amazing tutors and people that supported him during that time. The bit looking back now that was lacking was the social integration. Not until I was 18, really, until I literally took myself off for over a year
