The Importance of Having a Friend to Witness Your Experience

I think there's something to be said for getting counseling during this time just to have someone witness what you're going through. But also, yeah, it's hard for you to initiate a conversation or like introduce yourself to someone. Just hanging out in the teacher's lounge or spending some extra time just seeing if you could help someone out. That was kind of my go to when I wanted to meet new people.
