How to Manage Your Rest Days
When you add or I add new stimulus to my climbing, so a new session or a new methodology to training, I have to take a more conservative approach with how much I do at the time. The split session across the day, rather than big long sessions is another useful tool. More accurately mimics what I'm doing in my goal or project for example if I have a very long sport route which means it's going to be quite hard on rock. And then I will mimic that within the other bit with exhaustion and go really deep in sessions.
