How Does Hybrid Training Change When You're Just Starting Out Running Ultra Running

When you're trying to tap on different things build different qualities a lot of people just going to lump it into one thing like i'm gonna tack on my workout to the end of my run. There is an important factor to play about sequencing certain things around the day and being very cognizant around the intention that's going to be provided in that specific workout. Most the folks i'm coaching are ultramarathon athletes we're not nearly as concerned with their leg turnover and things like that so if i can lower the injury risk for them and still get the benefits we're looking for  that's big win.
