How to Stay in a Space of Deep Silence and Stillness

May Elizabeth says, how are we able to stay in this space of profound silence and stillness while still being alert enough to tend to all of life's demands? This is why I think I'd like to take everybody who wishes to be enlightened and put them fully in charge of a new baby and just have them do it by themselves. They either die or achieve enlightenment. Thank God.
