I'm Just Intriguing to See Where This Plays Into Champagne
It's a mix of both specifically focusing on skins and making sure that it's pretty much a fortress to mildew at attacking the grape varieties. And I'm just curious where this is going to play into champagne. The kind of some years have definitely been very heralded for shard, nascent or Pino. But on the other end, not a ton of stuff like this has come out of Italy yet or Austria or even Spain.
