Body Builders Benefit From Their Insights

i think body builders benefit, like you said, from their insights and from the nature of their training. Almost all body builders are doing some type of hip hinge, some type of squat and some type of press. And i would say almost all power lifters do variations on the squat bench in the dead left? But the variations are narrower. They're typically looking for like maximal transfer. So once i open the doors and say, it's ok to try these modifications, it almost sounds too simple the first time i deliver the message. Then that arm's that athlete moving forward.
