People have this conception the act of meditating itself will be relaxing week who meditate often call it practice. You're sitting there with your eyes closed usually counting your breath and that's what you do for an hour. The second part is kind of important it's very important oh no i stopped noticing my breath i better go get a bagel right or like all you know up for the last ten minutes i was remembering that time that i uh... that i was pitching in little league when i was nine.
