I've lived my whole life with BPD and thought that feelings of emptiness and unworthiness were normal I'm going through the motions example finding work that interests me hanging out with friends working out but nothing has really clicked yet does that make sense yeah absolutely you know. start having a self identity and liking who you are it's turning your mind towards creating new patterns and habits, understanding that normal everyday life isn't really that intensely exciting.
