How to Meditate for Difficult Times

There are apps that you can use there are many different meditation apps available for people to practice with or it can even just be as simple as sitting somewhere for five minutes with your eyes shut just trying to focus on your breathing. When I first started meditating I couldn't go more than two minutes sitting still focusing on my breathing like I just couldn't even stand it, he says. But if you continue to practice you can build up the time and then it becomes a skill set you can tap into whenever you need during the day.
