The Benefits of Climbing
I've started to do some of them because of like elbow tendonitis stuff like reverse preacher curls. And introducing all that kind of stuff to like supplement the climbing has allowed me to just like climb a lot more than I have been able to in the past. Yeah, it's kind of like you actually only have time when you climb on small holes and things as well. Like the fingers give out so much sooner than the rest of the bodies does that usually has quite a lot less to give. That sounds a bit of a crazy home board isn't it? It's incredible. But obviously I don't have 24 hour access to it.
