Sansa is the japanese word that's most commonly used for what we would call forege foods. Fuki is a really common one, like a kind of this bitter flower bud that comes up very early in the spring. And people cannot pulverize it into a paste with miso and sometimes a little sugar or sweetener. You don't have to be going out into the wilderness to find foraged foods.
