Positive Self-Talk Can Be Helpful

Self-talk is what am I saying to myself? What is my mind telling me right now? A lot of people may not be able to, you know, right away have images in their minds. And so they're going to default to the thoughts and the self-talk that they're having. So let's go there first and then we can kind of develop imagery. For some people, it can take a longer time to actually develop that skill.
