How to Write Effective Emails

Marketing expert says written communication is the thing that drives him nuts. He suggests making your email scannable by using subheadings, bold letters or highlights. You want to lead with call to action unless it's a surprise but I usually people like to know you're priming them when you tell them why you're meeting.
