The Talent Advisor Model at VMware

I was introduced to the talent advisor model at VMware and I've carried that with me to come all the now at pager duty on just how we operate. So not so much like a recruiting language, but like the objectives of say the sales leaders and what they're trying to do there. And then someone had read, hey, I stumbled across this talent advisor and in read the definition and right there, it was like, yeah, that's what we have to do to really be our North Star. But I've adopted that and I've brought that to every company that I've worked at since.
