The Cost of Overgrazing
If you think about this from the perspective of the whole group, this can be really catastrophic because maybe everybody thinks this way and there's no more grass. So I double my grazing from 1% to 2%. All that's doing is reducing the overall amount to graze in the future by 1%. Does that make sense? Everyone wants a double their cattle grazing. They just like over graze the entire field. There's nothing left to graze back. Yeah. And then everyone reasonable. But it's still individually advantageous for every person to over graze. For sure. If they could have a cop standing there who's like, I'm going to shoot you if you over graze
